Terms of Service
General
Credit must be given to me, the artist.
I may upload and show progress of the art unless stated otherwise.
I will only accept visual references for character art.
Do not use my art for anything AI or NFT related
Payments
Payments through PayPal, Stripe and Wise.
I will start when payment is sent.
Milestone payment available, feel free to discuss it with me before ordering.
Revisions
Small revisions are free.
Big changes (new pose, new character) is not allowed, especially YCH.
Deadlines and Delivery
I do not accept rush/priority deadline commissions.
Outside of being a hobbyist artist, I am full-time a university student, the commission can be done in 1-2 weeks to 1-2 months. It really depends on the mood and availability.
Use
Personal and content/streaming is completely free.
For commercial uses like merchandising/game asset/novel cover etc., the original price will triple (x3) per artwork.
Intellectual Property Rights
As the artist, I have the full right to use it in my portfolio and social media.
Refund
Sketch stage: full refund
Lineart stage; 50% refund
Colouring and rendering stage; no refund
